How Do I Set Up an eNPS Survey to Improve Employee Retention?

How Often Should I Conduct an eNPS Survey?
This is an important balance you must strike because survey fatigue causes employees to stop prior to finishing, ignore it altogether, or click any number to speed up the process. Keeping the survey short will help with this, but you also don’t want to survey too frequently.
Depending on how quickly your company moves, you may want to consider surveying every 3-6 months. This will help you track your progress while keeping a consistent data stream.
