PeopleKeep begins as Zane Benefits to offer health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) as an alternative to traditional group health insurance in a pre-Affordable Care Act world.



Zane Benefits launches PeopleKeep Health to offer the first cloud-based QSEHRA administration platform following the passage of the 21st Century Cures Act. Zane Benefits becomes a subsidiary of PeopleKeep the following year.


We launch our ICHRA administration platform following the new benefit being signed into law.
