New PeopleKeep QSEHRA Pricing

On December 12, PeopleKeep will be adjusting its pricing on its QSEHRA software.

All PeopleKeep pricing starts with a three-seat minimum.

Does the QSEHRA pricing adjustment impact current customers?

No, it does not. Anyone who has signed up for PeopleKeep's QSEHRA administration software before December 12, 2022 will continue to be billed their current rate. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card and ACH payments.

When am I billed for PeopleKeep’s services?

QSEHRA annual plans require payment at the time of purchase with your renewal occurring on the date of the original purchase each year.

QSEHRA & ICHRA monthly plans are charged for the first month at the time of purchase, with your renewal occurring on the same day each month.

GCHRA monthly plans are charged for the first month at the time of purchase, with your renewal occurring on the first day of each subsequent month.

Are there any hidden fees?

We don’t believe in hidden fees at PeopleKeep. The only charges that will show up on your invoices are the one-time setup fee when you first purchase a plan, the monthly base fee, and the monthly per-employee fee.

Are annual plans able to be prorated if I cancel mid-year?

No, we do not prorate annual contracts. If you’re not ready to commit to an annual contract, we recommend starting with the monthly plan and upgrading to an annual plan once you’ve fallen in love with us.
