The Hayes Approach is a women-owned and operated outsourced HR company based in Greenville, SC. We serve clients across the country supporting their needs in human resources. As part of our monthly HR retainer support, we service every part of the "employee life cycle," from hiring to termination and everything in-between. We will customize your support to give you exactly what you are looking to obtain, no more and no less.
