PeopleKeep wins its third consecutive Stevie® Award for Sales & Customer Service

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – March 1, 2022 – PeopleKeep was presented with its third consecutive Stevie® Award in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. PeopleKeep earned a bronze award in the customer service category.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on May 11.
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.
“We’re honored to be recognized for this award,” says Matt Hansen, Director of Customer Experience.
Hansen continues, “Many of our customers are more familiar with how their TV works than how their health benefits work! The fact that we can break down complex legal requirements in a friendly and human way for both employers and their employees is a huge burden lifted off their shoulders, and we’re proud to be recognized for that effort.”
One judge noted that the “human-to-human customer service approach is perfect”, truly setting PeopleKeep apart from its competitors in both the computer software industry and health benefits space; many of whom use automated phone trees and chatbots rather than real people.
