Health Benefits Resources Now Reflect Delay of ACA Employer Mandate to 2015

Announced on July 2, 2013, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer mandate provision will be delayed until 2015. This significantly impacts large employers (with 50+ employees) who, until earlier this week, were gearing up to either offer affordable, qualified group health coverage in 2014, or be subject to a penalty. Now, large employers have until 2015 to comply with the ACA employer mandate, and will not face penalties until 2015.
