After years of work on the part of its supporters, the Small President Obama to Sign SBHRA Today: Where to WatchBusiness Healthcare Relief Act (SBHRA) is headed to the White House, where it will be signed into law by President Obama today at 2 p.m. ET.

Passed as part of the 21st Century Cures Act earlier in December, the Small Business Healthcare Relief Act expands health benefits options by creating a new, federally compliant healthcare reimbursement arrangement (HRA) exclusively for businesses with fewer than 50 employees.

President Obama will deliver remarks at the Oval Office before signing the bill. A live stream of the signing ceremony is available here via WhiteHouse.gov. You can also watch on the White House YouTube channel:

The SBHRA provisions in the law go into effect January 1, 2017.
