Employee Claim Submission Status

Employees using the Zane system are able to check their accounts to view Approved Claims, Pending Claims, and Rejected Claims.

To access these features, employees may log in to their accounts at www.myzanehealth.com and select Account Activity --> View Claims.

Employer Reimbursement of Employee Health Insurance Premiums

Employers are allowed to use HRAs or Health Reimbursement Arrangements to reimburse employees tax free for health insurance premiums.
